SCHS has had another successful homecoming, this one looking more like ones from years past. The theme was Olympics and teachers participated in a door decoration contest, students had dress up days and there was a pep rally, parade and relays on Friday. The dress up days were shortened since there was flooding this week leading to school closing, but there was good participation on Team Day, Rep Your Country Day, and Class Color Day respectively. The pep rally involved the Powderpuff Cheerleaders, celebration of the sports teams, and relays where classes competed in tug-o-war and fun races. The parade went to Harris Middle and Learning Way and represented various sports and clubs from SCHS along with the Homecoming Attendants. The night was capped with Stephanie Ahearn being crowned Homecoming Queen.
