In October we attended our annual workshop. This year it was held at Giles County High School. While we were there, we attended several sessions where we learned a lot of new ideas to bring back to SCHS.

Our November meeting was very busy because we were planning our Great Canned Food Drive, which will be through November 18-26. We also discussed our plans for providing gifts to the Bedford County Child Development Center.
SCHS celebrated an exciting homecoming week. This year's theme was SCHS Goes Global. Our students had various dress-up days, cafeteria activities, and competed in relays, On Friday, the SCHS Student Council hosted our annual homecoming parade with an amazing 32 centuries. The festivities ended with the crowning of this year's queen, Cindy Solis.
The night of Halloween Student Council handed out candy and little toys at the square . We dressed up in costumes and had a great night seeing all the kids dressed up in there great costumes. It was a big success. Student Council hosted a teacher luncheon. This was an opportunity to show the faculty and staff how thankful-we are for everything they do. We provided chili and several delicious desserts. They seemed to really enjoy it
